Founded in 2022 following an illustrious AFL draft career (that had well and truly started to fizzle) and one top-100 Classic Fantasy season, The Seamen traded aggressively on the market, targeting silver cards that offered the best value in the Classic competition. The club first tasted success with a victory in Round 5 of 2023. This hooked the manager, and the wheels were set in motion.
